Working for decades as a dental hygienist. I’ve always divided my professional skills between private office and public health. I realized the importance of both areas in the early stages of my profession.

In addition to working in private general practice offices I’ve also worked several years in periodontal offices to enhance my ability with perio therapy.

I’m very fond of children and a portion of my career has been dedicated to pediatric dental practices.

In 2019 I graduated from an online certificate program called Community Dental Health Coordinator from Rio Salado in AZ. I was one of the first graduates from this program in NYS. ADA offered the tuition expense for me to complete the program.

This training has provided me an opportunity to work currently in No Central Bronx hospital on the medical pediatric unit where I perform dental screening and fluoride varnish and as an advocate to my patients and their families to locate dental offices for dental care as well as as emergency services.

By 2023 I completed and received a certificate in Diode Laser from Advanced dental hygiene ADH.
