Regular & routine exercise is so important for seniors. It can control blood pressure, strengthen your heart and bones, boost energy and even reduce depression in seniors. As we age, there are
many changes in our health which can cause us to become moody, and melancholy. The American Heart Association recommends regular activity for all adults, especially the elderly.
Exercise including, stretching, cardio, yoga & walking are extremely beneficial. The more you move,the more energized you become. It’s a domino effect and all studies show if you are physically balanced, you also remain much more cognizant in old age. It’s necessary to create a regimented system, from the moment you awaken, simple lying leg exercises can increase circulation.
